At Craft Box Agency, we understand that plans can change. Since all of our products are custom-made according to each customer’s specifications, order cancellations are subject to the terms outlined below.
By placing an order with Craft Box Agency, you agree to this Cancellation Policy.
1. Order Cancellation Before Production
Customers may request to cancel an order before production begins.
An order is considered to be in the pre-production stage until:
- Payment requirements have been met (where applicable).
- Final artwork or design proof has been approved.
- Manufacturing has not yet started.
If your cancellation request is received during this stage, your order may be eligible for cancellation.
2. Order Cancellation After Artwork Approval
Once the customer has approved the final artwork or design proof, production may begin immediately.
Because materials, printing plates, labor, and production resources are committed after artwork approval, orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
3. Design & Administrative Charges
If cancellation is approved before production begins, Craft Box Agency reserves the right to deduct reasonable costs already incurred, including but not limited to:
- Graphic design services
- Artwork preparation
- Structural design or dieline creation
- Digital proof preparation
- Administrative processing
- Material sourcing (if applicable)
Any remaining eligible balance will be refunded using the original payment method whenever possible.
4. Custom Orders
All products manufactured by Craft Box Agency are custom-made to the customer’s specifications.
For this reason:
- Custom orders cannot be cancelled after production begins.
- Custom products cannot be resold to another customer.
- Customers are encouraged to carefully review all order details before approving production.
5. Order Changes
Customers may request changes to their order before production begins.
Changes may include:
- Artwork revisions
- Quantity adjustments
- Material selection
- Size modifications
- Finishing options
- Shipping information
Requested changes may affect pricing, production schedules, or delivery dates. Once production has started, changes may not be possible.
6. Refunds Following Cancellation
If a cancellation request is approved before production begins:
- Eligible refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
- Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
- Any applicable design, administrative, or material costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

7. Exceptional Circumstances
Craft Box Agency reserves the right to cancel an order if:
- Required payment is not received.
- Necessary artwork or information is not provided within a reasonable timeframe.
- The requested content infringes intellectual property rights or violates applicable laws.
- The order cannot be fulfilled due to material shortages, technical issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
In such cases, customers will be notified promptly, and any applicable refund will be processed in accordance with this policy.
