All products are manufactured according to the specifications approved by the customer.
3. Quotes & Pricing
- All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in material, shipping, or production costs.
- Custom quotations are based on the specifications provided by the customer.
- Additional changes requested after a quotation may result in revised pricing.
4. Orders
Orders become final once:
- The customer approves the quotation.
- Payment requirements are fulfilled.
- Final artwork or design proof is approved.
Craft Box Agency reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion, including orders containing inaccurate information or violating applicable laws.
5. Artwork Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing all artwork proofs before approving production.
Approval confirms that the customer accepts:
- Text
- Graphics
- Colors
- Dimensions
- Layout
- Spelling
- Product specifications
Once artwork is approved, Craft Box Agency is not responsible for errors that were present in the approved proof.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree that:
- Submitted artwork does not infringe any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
- All information provided is accurate.
- They have permission to use all logos, images, and trademarks supplied.
Customers accept full legal responsibility for submitted content.
7. Production & Delivery
Production begins only after:
- Payment requirements are met.
- Final artwork approval is received.
Production and shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including:
- Material availability
- Carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- Customs clearance
- Public holidays
- Force majeure events
Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.
8. Shipping
Shipping times may vary depending on the destination and selected shipping method.
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Craft Box Agency is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
9. Payments
We accept approved payment methods available at checkout.
Orders may require full or partial payment before production begins.
Failure to complete payment may result in order delays or cancellation.
10. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before production begins.
Once artwork has been approved and production has started, orders cannot be cancelled.
Any work completed before cancellation, including design services, proof preparation, or administrative costs, may be deducted from any eligible refund.
11. Returns & Refunds
Because our products are custom manufactured, orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless:
- The wrong product was supplied.
- Products were damaged during manufacturing.
- The product contains verified manufacturing defects.
Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the order and provide supporting photographs or other evidence for review.
Approved claims may be resolved through a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
12. Color Variations
Printed colors may vary slightly due to:
- Printing processes
- Material type
- Ink absorption
- Monitor and screen settings
- Lighting conditions
Minor color variations are considered normal and do not constitute a manufacturing defect.
13. Product Tolerances
Due to manufacturing processes, slight variations in:
- Size
- Material thickness
- Folding
- Cutting
- Printing alignment
- Color
may occur and are considered acceptable industry standards.
14. Intellectual Property
Customers retain ownership of their submitted artwork, logos, and trademarks.
By submitting artwork, customers grant Craft Box Agency permission to use those materials solely for producing the ordered products.
We will not reproduce or distribute customer artwork for unrelated purposes without permission unless required by law.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Craft Box Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected order.
16. Force Majeure
Craft Box Agency shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, labor disputes, transportation interruptions, government actions, or other unforeseen events.
